10. Withdrawal / Return – Product Replacement

You have the right to return all or part of your order within 14 days of the date of receipt. Your return will be accepted if all of the following apply:

The purchase must have been made exclusively through our online store (online or by phone).

The product(s) must be in its original condition and special markings (e.g. protectors, tags, labels) must not have been removed.

Furthermore, in all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by all necessary documents proving the transaction, such as the original receipt of purchase or invoice and the completed return form. 

Before any return, in order to exercise the right of withdrawal, FOXTYL IKE must be expressly informed by registered letter or e-mail.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

The return will be accepted only after approval by the Company. The Company bears no responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is under no obligation to replace them. Any return is made only via courier.

In the RETURN FORM (you can find it here) you are asked to:

A) Fill in the required fields with the information you will find on the purchase receipt, which is located on the outside of the package.

B) Place your products in the package for return and be sure to include the completed return form within the package.

C) Deliver your package to the same courier company with which you received the order, with recipient charge.

REFUND

11. Order Cancellation

Cancellation of the order is possible in the following cases:

In any case, written notice is required within 14 days of the date of purchase to cancel an order. In the case of goods that you have already received, the return must be made within 30 days of the date of cancellation.

13. Order / Delivery of Products

Once your order has been successfully placed, a confirmation message will appear and you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. 

Product deliveries are made through a partner courier company. In order to complete the provision of the Service, you consent to the disclosure of your necessary information to the aforementioned company (name, address, telephone number), in order to complete the delivery.

Products are delivered from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Once the order arrives at the pickup address, you will be asked to sign for delivery. 

If your order arrives at its destination and there is no person to receive it, then the cooperating courier company will make two more attempts, in the following business days, leaving a notice for you to contact their responsible representative. The time frame to contact them and determine the re-shipment of the product to you is 3 business days. After this period of time, the order is automatically returned to our warehouses. When your order is returned to us, and has been paid for, we will contact you about the alternatives we offer you.
