Returns policy
The return will be accepted only after approval by the Company. The Company bears no responsibility for any damage or deterioration of the products after their use and is under no obligation to replace them. Any return is made only via courier.
In the RETURN FORM (you can find it here) you are asked to:
A) Fill in the required fields with the information you will find on the purchase receipt, which is located on the outside of the package.
B) Place your products in the package for return and be sure to include the completed return form within the package.
C) Deliver your package to the same courier company with which you received the order, with recipient charge.
D) Send the products to the address: E-SHOP RETURNS DEPARTMENT, 59 Panayi Tsaldari, Tavros, 17778, ATTICA
REFUND
The refund is made in the same way that the order was paid for. For this reason, you must fill in the relevant field according to the payment method. Only the purchase amount is credited to your account, not the shipping costs.
In the case of payment by cash on delivery or IRIS, the necessary fields, IBAN, bank name and beneficiary name, must be completed.
The process is completed within 20 business days from the date we receive your return.
Refund Shipping Costs:
By using the courier company with which you received the order, with a recipient charge, you can make your return free of charge. In the event that you choose to use any other shipping company, you are fully responsible for the shipping costs and pay them to the company you have chosen when sending the package.
